Thai Yoga Stretching combines acupressure, gentle traction, joint mobilization, and yoga-based movement with focused attention on the body’s sen energy lines. Thai Yoga Stretching starts with the feet because the feet bear the weight of the body all day long. When receiving thai healing, be prepared by wearing comfortable loose fitting clothing and to receive the body work on a futon or mat on the ground.
Our approach is guided by the understanding that every body is different and therefore requires individual and personal attention: “your best teacher is the body of the person you are working on.”
